Civil Society reports to the first Friends of the Forum Meeting in 2012

GENEVA — On 7 February the first Friends of the Forum meeting under the Mauritian Chairmanship was held in Geneva. ICMC’s Civil Society Coordinating Office made a report to the FOF and presented a summary of recommendations from the GFMD Civil Society Days 2011. Find here the report and the recommendations.

	International Catholic Migration Commission

The Civil Society Activities of the Global Forum on Migration and Development (GFMD) are organized by the GFMD Civil Society Coordinating Office,
which functions under the auspices of the International Catholic Migration Commission (ICMC). The Coordinating Office works in close partnership
with a great diversity of migrant and diaspora organizations, human rights and development groups,
labour unions, and members of the academic community and the private sector.
Principal funding and resources are being provided by the Mac Arthur Foundation, the BBVA Bancomer Foundation, the Swiss government and ICMC.
